Studio 1910 will exhibit at the Delta Visual Art Show {Fine Art Photographers}

We are so excited to have an exhibit at the 3rd Annual Delta Visual Art Show in downtown Newport this coming weekend. We are both so passionate about photography. This art show lets us exhibit some of our personal projects. It’s very different from what you might be accustomed to seeing from us, since we typically blog about our wedding adventures, family or senior sessions. Our fine art photography is really about what inspires us, how we define art, and our personal projects. We have several collections, as well as some common themes that we each pursue. There is a little bit of something for everyone in our exhibit.
If you have been looking for just the right piece of art to decorate your home or office, come and browse through our fine art collection this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Newport Business Resource Building. Here is the official press release for the event:
Newport – This is the weekend to see your favorite artists right here in Newport, Arkansas! Over 70 artists will be bringing their work to Newport and having it on display just for you! Come browse, look and even purchase that perfect piece of art for your home. Have lunch on-site at MJ’s Art Cafe or visit one of the other great restaurants in town. You can make a day of it and have a blast right here in downtown Newport.
This year we’ve expanded to three locations – The Iron Mountain Train Depot, the Newport Business Resource Center and the Old Post Office, all in downtown Newport. Wander back and forth between the buildings and experience the artistic talent of our area.
So come out and support the arts right here in Newport! You can also support the arts by inviting your friends through Facebook. Visit the Blue Bridge Center for the Delta Arts on Facebook or our event page 3rd Annual Delta Visual Arts Show. The 4:30 reception will be held in all three of the buildings so you can feel free to mix and mingle with all the artists.
Registration has only been open for ten days and the numbers are already great! We have a limit of about 20 per workshop and several workshops are over halfway full already. If you would like to register go to the On-line Registration Form and sign up for the workshop(s) of your choice. People will be able to register the day of the event as well if the classes are not full. An encouraging sign is that over half the registrations are for people from out-of-town!
